Whistleblowing is a vital tool
for promoting transparency, legality and ethical
conduct within the CPR Group.

The CPR group has implemented an internal reporting channel
to manage reportsin the following areas:

  • Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the ‘ protection of persons who report breaches of national or Union law’

  • Gender equality matters under the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference practice

  • With the introduction of an internal reporting channel, the Company aims to prevent and address unlawful conduct by safeguarding the confidentiality of reporting persons and other protected individuals, and shielding them from the risk of retaliation. This is without prejudice to any rights or obligations to report to the competent judicial or supervisory authorities, or to any internal control bodies established within the Company.

  • Anyone may submit a report, including anonymously. This includes employees, former employees, job applicants, partners, customers, suppliers, consultants, collaborators, members and, more generally, any individual with a legitimate interest in the CPR Group’s business activities.

  • Reports may be submitted via the dedicated online platform, in accordance with the procedures outlined below:

  • unlawful conduct, whether attempted or committed, arising in the work context. This includes, but is not limited to, offences covered by Legislative Decree 231/2001, provided they are established by national and/or EU legislation and are of an administrative, accounting, civil or criminal nature, causing harm to the private entity, to the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (hereinafter “Model 231”), or to other company provisions subject to sanction;

  • conduct in breach of the principles laid down in the CPR Group’s Gender Equality Management System policies and procedures.

  • Complaints, disputes or requests linked to a personal interest of the reporting person that concern only their individual employment relationship, whether in the private or public sector, or relate to their relationship with hierarchical superiors, are not admissible. Technical or commercial complaints are also not within the scope of this channel. Such communications will not be considered and will be archived, with no obligation to respond. Reports that fall outside the scope outlined above do not entitle the reporting person to the protections provided under current legislation.
